Fairway Oaks Villas Association, LLC is a 46-unit condo association located in The Plantation on Sea Marsh Road, Amelia Island, Florida. Our association has 46 member units, all represented by five (5) Board Members, that own a unit here at Fairway Oaks Villas. Each board member serves a 2-year elected term, on behalf of the association's members.

POWER WASHING ENTIRE FAIRWAY OAKS COMMUNITY HAS BEEN COMPLETED!!!!!
Dear Fairway Oaks Owners,
We are pleased to inform you that the pressure washing of all buildings and sidewalks and the removal of vegetation from all roofs has now been successfully completed.
We invite you to take a few moments to inspect your villa. If you notice any areas requiring additional attention, please let us know. The vendor will be on-site the first week of December to perform any necessary touch-ups.
To request a revisit, please email me by Friday, November 28th at cam@csidesign.com. Be sure to include pictures and a brief description so I can direct the crew to the correct location.
