Fairway Oaks Villas Association, LLC is a 46-unit condo association located in The Plantation on Sea Marsh Road, Amelia Island, Florida. Our association has 46 member units, all represented by five (5) Board Members, that own a unit here at Fairway Oaks Villas. Each board member serves a 2-year elected term, on behalf of the association's members.

UPCOMING EVENTS/ONGOING WORK
The Board of Directors approves contracting with Project Management firm, CSI.
During our last board meeting on May 21, 2025, the FOVA Board met with our Project Manager, CSI to review and discuss next steps in coordinating our needs to repair/replace various elements of wood rot and all other necessary updates to our community's 46 units. At that meeting we agreed to allow CSI to proceed with distributing all necessry documents and Request for Proposals to multiple contractors. This was completed recently, and CSI conducted a "Pre-Bid Meeting" with all interested contractors in our community on Wednesday, June 18th at 10;00am. We now expect to receive multiple proposals from these contractors, and in turn they will be reviewed between CSI and the FOVA Board over the next few weeks, ultimately being reviewed at our next scheduled FOVA Board meeting in July. Once we have further information, we will update this web page, as well as making all necessary communications via email, postings and any other meand available to us.
