Fairway Oaks Villas Association, LLC is a 46-unit condo association located in The Plantation on Sea Marsh Road, Amelia Island, Florida. Our association has 46 member units, all represented by five (5) Board Members, that own a unit here at Fairway Oaks Villas. Each board member serves a 2-year elected term, on behalf of the association's members.
All units have some type of wood related parts, and many, if not all are in need of repair or replacement of such wood elements. We are in the process of meeting and working with a few contractors to address these wood elements, so that we can select a viable contractor to repair/replace any and all pieces that are in need of attention. This process will take up to 6 months +/- to select and complete all work. Please be patient and aware of these potential contractors, as they inspect and discover all work necessary to prevent and restore these vital parts of our units in Fairway Oaks Villas. More information will be available in the near future.
