Fairway Oaks Villas Association, LLC is a 46-unit condo association located in The Plantation on Sea Marsh Road, Amelia Island, Florida. Our association has 46 member units, all represented by five (5) Board Members, that own a unit here at Fairway Oaks Villas. Each board member serves a 2-year elected term, on behalf of the association's members.
During our last board meeting on January 22, 2025, the board voted to approve a new agreement for Project Management services with Construction Solutions Inc. (CSI). These services were bid out to at least 3 other companies, and after careful consideration/costs, it was determined that CSI had the best overall and accomodating proposal. The agreement covers the following:
1.Design Documents for all wood related elements
2. Bid documents and Bid Process
3. Project Oversight
The first project to be tackled will be the repair and/or replacement of all damaged/rotted wood elements of the exterior of our 46 units.
The costs of such, including the Project Management agreement will be through our Capital Reserves Budget, and not the community's Operating Budget.
